PRECAUTIONS

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
   

1. The filter should be replaced or cleaned every time the oil is changed;

2. There is also the air filter on the fuel tank, which is checked and cleaned every 3 months and replaced every 1 year.

3. When the color tile machine tool has related alarms or other filter abnormalities such as dirty oil, it should be replaced;

4. It should be noted that the hydraulic components should be cleaned every month to prevent dirt from entering the system, and cleaning agents cannot be used;

5. Each steel plate is fixed until the next steel plate is installed. Fixation begins at the center of the plate and then spreads out to the sides,Fix the overlapping edges of the steel plate. For end lap joints, since roof and wall profile panels are made by continuous processing,This can be shipped,The steel plate is supplied at the length limited by the transportation conditions, usually no overlap is required, and the length of the steel plate is sufficient to meet the needs of roof laying. 6. Clamp the lapped steel plates with a pair of jaw pliers. When the steel plate is in place in the longitudinal direction, its ends, especially the upper end, need to be clamped with pliers points, so as to ensure that one end of the steel plate is in place, and the lap joint at one end is also in the correct position, so as to fix the steel plate, in the solid,During the setting process, the clamps should always clamp the steel plate in the longitudinal direction.

7. After using the new machine for one month, check whether there is any deformation at the bend of each oil pipe. If there is any abnormality, it should be replaced. After two months of use, it should be replaced.
